Christmas Morning

We had a good Christmas. The kids were happy. Santa brought Kelsey and Chase the Nintendo DS's they wanted. Cayden got a bike. He has never rode a bike and just got right on and started pedaling and hasn't stopped since. It amazes me how fast he is at learning things.

Chase's Birthday

I haven't gotten around to posting the pictures of Chase's Birthday. He turned 6 on November 25. He shares his birthday with his 11 year old cousin Dylan. We usually have a combined party at our house. My kids love to have their cousins over for thier Birthdays. Chase wanted an Indiana Jones Birthday this year. It is always important to pick a theme and then he thinks that all his presents have to go along with the theme. Well we gave him Indiana Jones and Star Wars toys this year. I can't believe Chase is 6.

Just Daily Ramblings

What a day. I finished my last assignment. I came home from work and looked at all I had to do today and went to my room and laid down until dinner time. I guess I am just worn out. I haven't been sleeping well. I have an unwelcomed visitor that sleeps on my head and snores. I hate to start bad sleeping habits with another kid, but what do you do when they won't stay in there room. Any advice???

Jason went to the ear doctor today. He is still having problems with his ruptered ear. He has been dizzy and sick for over a month. He still has infection in it. The doctor gave him another medicine and hopefully it will help or he will have to get a tube in his ear. I hope that doesn't happen.

I am totally stalling from completing my last assignment and final test. I am just ready for a break. My house is a complete disaster and I have a big pile of laundry in my living room that needs folded. But I don't feel like doing any of it. I hate days when I have to force myself to do anything.

Today I had to go take a final for my Business English class. I didn't do very well. English is just not my best subject. Oh, well it's over. Yeah!!! After my test I had to go put in my last hours at the daycare. I am also glad to have that done. It was nice to have some one on one time with Cayden. I never really take the time to just sit and play with my children without interuptions.

I finally got the Christmas tree and decorations out. I was kind of mad, half of our lights didn't work. I think I threw 5 strands away. They totally worked last April when we took them down. What is up with that. Now if only my Christmas shopping was done. Hmm.

I posted our new family photo. I can't believe it I actually got family pictures done two years in a row. I am so good. LOL. ( I am not sure how to make the photo bigger, and I still haven't figured out how to change the background for my blog).

Well my kids are coming up stairs so I better get off and work on my test.

Life is Crazy

So we survived Thanksgiving. We went to my mom and dad's house. I just love when I can have good home cooked food. I don't have time to cook much these days. Only one more week of school. Yea!!! I have really enjoyed going back to school. It is nice to be doing something for myself. I still haven't decided what classes I am going to take next semester. So stressful!!!

Life has been so crazy this past month, with Jason being sick from his ear drum bursting. He still has not recovered and it has been almost a month. He got his hearing back so that is good. I realize how much I rely on his help with the kids. Last weekend Chase's ear drum burst too. I am just ready for everyone to be healthy again.

My Cayden

My little Cayden is growing up so fast. He keeps me so busy. I can't complain that nobody helps me because he wants to help me do everything.

Happy Birthday Dad

I love days when you can just stay home and get things done around the house. Yesterday I cleaned the house and cleaned my dad's truck for his Birthday, which is today. It took me 4 hours. But it was worth it, I love my Dad he is the best.

Today I hope to get some homework done. I can't believe the semester is almost over. These next couple of weeks are going to be crazy. I hope I make it through it.
