My Little Entrepreneur

Chase is funny lately. He is so anxious to have his own business and earn money. He comes up with new ideas everyday what he wants to sell and what he wants to buy. Some of his ideas for his businesses are: hot dog stand, selling shirts and sweaters, selling drinks, selling his stuff he doesn't want anymore on ebay. He can't decide what he wants to save up for, video games, plasma tv, cell phone minutes, Jazz tickets. He has always wanted to be bigger. We have to tell him to just be happy to be a kid.

Weekend Fun

Yesterday we threw a baby shower for Kirsten my brother's wife. She is having her baby in a couple weeks. It was fun just to hang out with women. Afterwards me Amy and Launa and the kids went to McDonalds and let the kids play while we had girl talk. We were there for over 2 hours. It was fun. The cousins play so good together. We are lucky to have most of them close to the same age. Then we came home and played around with digital scrapbooking on our laptops.

I have had a bad migraine since Thursday and it doesn't seem to be wanting to go away. I think I am going to stay home today and just relax.

We are Having a Baby!

I guess we are making the announcement. We are expecting our fourth child July 19th. I don't know what I am going to do with 4 kids but I guess it will all work out.

Goodbye to 2008

As I look back at the past year I can't really think of anything too memorable that happened. We didn't do anything real exciting. I think I will just look at 2008 as the year I took care of myself. I set some goals for myself and I accomplished them. I lost weight, I ran 4-5k's this past summer and I went back to school. It feels good to do something for yourself, sometimes as mom's we forget to think about ourselves. My husband was has been a big support as I tried to reach my goals. Thanks Jason.

Christmas Morning

We had a good Christmas. The kids were happy. Santa brought Kelsey and Chase the Nintendo DS's they wanted. Cayden got a bike. He has never rode a bike and just got right on and started pedaling and hasn't stopped since. It amazes me how fast he is at learning things.

Chase's Birthday

I haven't gotten around to posting the pictures of Chase's Birthday. He turned 6 on November 25. He shares his birthday with his 11 year old cousin Dylan. We usually have a combined party at our house. My kids love to have their cousins over for thier Birthdays. Chase wanted an Indiana Jones Birthday this year. It is always important to pick a theme and then he thinks that all his presents have to go along with the theme. Well we gave him Indiana Jones and Star Wars toys this year. I can't believe Chase is 6.

Just Daily Ramblings

What a day. I finished my last assignment. I came home from work and looked at all I had to do today and went to my room and laid down until dinner time. I guess I am just worn out. I haven't been sleeping well. I have an unwelcomed visitor that sleeps on my head and snores. I hate to start bad sleeping habits with another kid, but what do you do when they won't stay in there room. Any advice???

Jason went to the ear doctor today. He is still having problems with his ruptered ear. He has been dizzy and sick for over a month. He still has infection in it. The doctor gave him another medicine and hopefully it will help or he will have to get a tube in his ear. I hope that doesn't happen.
